ABOUT ME!

From a young age, I’ve thrived at the intersection of creativity and logic. As a kid, I loved puzzles, Legos, and filming homemade commercials with my siblings. In middle school, I spent hours watercoloring and inventing imaginary companies (a “branding prodigy,” according to my mom). I’ve always been drawn to figuring things out and then turning those solutions into something creative.

In high school, yearbook class became the first clear sign that I was meant for design. I fell in love with the balance of photography, writing, and organizing information in a way that felt both beautiful and logical. I discovered how much I loved visual storytelling and thoughtful layout. I was always strong in math and science, but I knew I needed something that engaged the other half of my brain — the part that craved a creative outlet and kept running quietly in the background of my calculus homework.

I decided to take the jump, finally letting that side of my brain take over when I began studying graphic design in college. Because I never formally studied art growing up, I questioned myself during my freshman-year drawing and 3D design classes. But over time, I realized that intentional, meaningful design is deeply logical. It’s problem-solving,  structure, and strategy. As much as I love a beautiful color palette or a carefully curated mood board, what I love most is reaching a solution that makes sense — work that is not only visually compelling, but purposeful and grounded in intention.
